About Clayton

Clayton’s entry into the field began when he decided to follow in his family’s footsteps to pursue a career in Real Estate. As a grassroots business, his family started from the ground and worked their way up to become one of the top 15 brokerages in Canada. His family values have always laid in helping people first and foremost, and that has translated to his business model.

Clayton works for one of the highest producing firms in Canada, DLC -Mortgage Evolution, in helping people understand and navigate the complex process of buying or refinancing a property. His services help clients secure the necessary financing for one of life’s most significant purchases.

Committed to easing concerns and addressing all mortgage needs, Clayton is armed with a large network of lenders and institutions, including big banks, monoline lenders, credit unions and private lenders. He provides personalized guidance and direction to all his clients regarding lending options.

Outside of mortgage financing, Clayton works closely with the Dr. Peters AIDS foundation in Vancouver as a sub committee member. His interests include hiking, fitness and travelling the world.
